I guess the blogosphere is like anything else. It began small, with few rules and little structure. I didn’t know anything about it. I didn’t really care about it, to be honest. And, now, I’m joining the throngs of others who think they have something to contribute. Here goes!
It started for me when I had kids. Curiosity got me searching on the web for topics like “how to make baby food” and “how to build a raised garden bed”, and I discovered all of the glorious information out there, the good, and . . . the not so good.
When I found out I was pregnant with my third child, I searched the web for “having three kids”. The article I found here was both hilarious and spot-on. I realized that other people’s experiences are not only fun to read (don’t we love to live vicariously?), but, when written well, can be both informative and inspirational.
I don’t know whether I’ll change anyones lives, but hopefully I have something worthwhile to share. If I make one person smile, then I’ll have made a difference.
Here’s to my three little ones, Grumpy, Sleepy, and Bashful. They tend to swap titles, and yes, they are generally Happy, too!
Too funny! I ended up on that website, too, when deciding whether to have three or not. I decided yes, BTW 😉
I love that website! The first time I read that post (before I delivered my third), I laughed out loud like a madwoman. It still makes me giggle!
